Fourth, the electromagnetic sewage flowmeter installation requirements

1) Choice of installation environment of electromagnetic sewage flowmeter: It should be far away from equipment with strong electromagnetic field, such as large motors, large transformers, large frequency converters, etc. There should be no strong vibration at the installation site, the pipelines should be fixed firmly, and the ambient temperature should not change much (to prevent the two-phase change of solid and liquid). The installation environment should be easy to install and maintain. 2) Selection of the installation location of the electromagnetic sewage flowmeter: The installation location must ensure that the pipeline is always filled with the measured liquid. Choose a place with a small liquid flow pulse, that is, away from local resistance parts such as pumps, valves, elbows, etc. When measuring two-phase (solid, liquid and gas, liquid) liquids, choose a place where phase separation is unlikely to occur. The inner diameter or perimeter of the pipe to be measured is easy to measure, and the ovality should be small. 3) Length of straight pipe section of electromagnetic sewage flowmeter: The length of the straight pipe section on the upstream side of the sensor installation pipe should be greater than or equal to 10D, and the downstream side should be no less than 5D (D is the diameter of the pipe being tested). 4) Flow control valve and regulating valve: The flow control valve should be installed in the pipeline to be tested on the upstream side of the sensor, and the flow regulating valve should be installed on the downstream side of the sensor. When flow, the flow control valve should normally be fully open.
