3 ）液体不流动有输出： ( 3 ) There is output when the liquid is not flowing:、与转换器之间信号传输电缆连接有断路； 2 、信号电缆到电极连接断路； 3. 电极表面沾污或沉积绝缘层； 4. 接地不良或断路。 1. The signal transmission cable is disconnected from the converter; 2. The signal cable is disconnected from the electrode; 3. The electrode surface is contaminated or the insulation layer is deposited; 4. Poor grounding or open circuit. 1 、接好电缆线； 2 、打开传感器、重新接上； 3 、擦洗电极表面； 4 、接好地线。 Solution: 1. Connect the cable; 2. Turn on the sensor and reconnect it; 3. Scrub the electrode surface; 4. Connect the ground wire.
4 ）误差过大： ( 4 ) Excessive error:
、零点过高； 2 、未完全充满液体； 3 、供电电源畸变过大； 4 、接地不良。 1. Zero is too high; 2. It is not completely filled with liquid; 3. Power supply distortion is too large; 4. Poor grounding.
1. 重新调整零点； 2 、改善管道条件，传感器始终充满液体； 3 、改善供电电源条件，符合正常工作条件； 4 、接好地线。 Solution: 1. Readjust the zero point; 2. Improve the pipeline conditions, the sensor is always filled with liquid; 3 , Improve the power supply conditions to meet normal working conditions;
